Every so often, a batch of coffee doesn’t quite meet our exacting standards. Maybe the roast profile took an unexpected turn, or the green coffee showed up a little out of sorts. It's not bad coffee — far from it. It just doesn’t fit the mold for one of our labeled offerings. Still, it carries flavor, depth, and potential. And it deserves a second look.

Origin Unknown is our way of honoring the imperfect. It’s a rotating selection of coffees that, for one reason or another, can’t be traced back to a single origin or farm. What they can offer is a rich, surprising, and still satisfying cup — crafted with care, roasted with experience, and made available at a very reasonable discounted price.

Expect the unexpected. One brew might bring chocolatey warmth and nutty undertones, while the next leans bright and citrusy. No two bags are the same — and that’s the point.
