History: 

Mikiyas Bogale inherited a washing station from his father in 2020, and works with producers in the Idido area. The area produces about 300 bags of coffee per year.

They purchase ripe red cherries and perform presorting. Coffees are dried on a raised African bed. After checking moisture and finishing more defect sorting, they put the Jemfel (dried cherries) in a warehouse.
