This coffee is a thrilling journey to the past, reminiscent of a 90's Minute Maid triangle juice bar. We've taken the vibrant and fun aesthetics of the 90's and infused them into the label to match the carefree spirit of that era.

Processing Method:

Like the first version of "Chasing Nostalgia", "Chasing Nostalgia 2.0" is crafted with the natural processing method, but with an anaerobic twist. The processing of this coffee follows the same steps as your standard natural, until the coffee is floated. From there the cherries are packaged into plastic bags or drums, flushed with carbon dioxide and nitrogen gases, then sealed and monitored. The fermentation of the cherries is monitored for 3-7 days until the desired color and pH have been achieved, and then they're removed from their chambers and are dried on raised beds.
